Fur Rondy

Yesterday at The Iditarod ceremonial start we cheered on the mushers and got a wave from our favorite Wade Marrs (49th State Sled Dogs-Wade Marrs). Many years ago Wade took Kristen and Ava out for a ride and yesterday Henry (and Reagan) were waving him on.

To Reagan: When Ava was still around we were planning for another child. I prayed really hard that we would have another girl. Not to replace here, I just had so much fun dressing her up in pink and having a little girl to watch over and protect. I think some of that comes from Mandy. It was a void to fill maybe? I’m infinitely grateful to have you, I love you!
