Knik Glacier with Alaska Backcountry Adventure Tours

We take an ATV adventure with Alaska Backcountry Adventure Tours to visit Knik Glacier. Knik Glacier is located on the northern edge of Alaska's Chugach Mountains, 50 miles outside of Anchorage. Our adventure starts at Alaska Backcountry Adventure Tours in Palmer with a great view of Pioneer Peak. We jump on some trails that take us towards Knik River a 25 mile long river that is sourced at Knik Glacier. Following the river and crossing at a few places we had a chance to get our feet a little wet as the spring run off had the river and tributaries running high. After a few hours of filming and riding we get to Knik Glacier and Lake George that sits before it. Once all our filming and photography was done we had an awesome trip back home, not stopping, just riding. A perfect way to cap off our ATV adventure!
